Our essay scoring and feedback is returned based on the following essay feedback return schedule (click link).

If you already have an account with us, you can log in directly and you won't be sent a temporary password.

Please note that if you have a premium writing club plan (with live online tutor sessions), then you don't need to do anything and we will be in touch with you a week before your scheduled first tutoring session.
